Project overview:

The aims of this project are to create the conditions in the company that will enable the continuous development of new products and their sale to foreign markets, particularly Europe, and to consolidate the Bennie brand and launch the B. Clover brand on the national and international markets. Clover brand on the national and international markets. The following actions, among others, are planned to achieve these objectives:

  • optimization and organization of workplaces;
  • integration of the various softwares into the Website's digital platform;
  • creation and national and international registration of trademarks;
  • information management and optimization of logistics processes.

Objectives, activities and expected results:

BENNIE Comprises investments in fully electronic embroidery machines integrated into the ERP, in I4.0 software that forms the basis of the new digital infrastructure, in adaptation works and in certifications, which will enable the launch of new high value-added products and adherence to e-commerce.

Objectives, Activities, Expected/Achieved Results:

The company intends to create 3 new products for its brands: a new Bennie brand product with innovative design and finishing (embroidery and digital printing) (B. SMART WEAR), a new B. Clover brand product with innovative composition (organic cotton and/or moisturizing fibers) and digital printing (BIOSKIN WEAR). Clover brand's new product with innovative composition (organic cotton and/or moisturizing fibers) and digital printing (BIOSKIN WEAR) and B. Clover brand's new product with innovative composition (organic cotton and/or moisturizing fibers) and digital printing (BIOSKIN WEAR). Clover's new product with innovative composition (fibers with UV protection) and digital printing (UV PROTECT WEAR).

The results to be achieved as part of the project are:

  • Workers better suited to innovation and management after training;
  • Gross Value Added - GVA (post-project values): €714,784.34;
  • Creation of Qualified Employment - CEQ (post-project figures): 2 jobs;
  • Turnover - VN (post-project values): €1,600,000.00.

Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results:
The realization of the project will make it possible to reduce consumption and GHG emissions by more than 30% through the acquisition of the Photovoltaic Plant for Self-Consumption and the acquisition of the energy management software solution, technologies that allow for an increase in energy efficiency.

The project will therefore have 3 types:

  1. Low-carbon processes and technologies;
  2. Energy efficiency measures;
  3. Incorporation of renewable energy sources and energy storage.
