Trade policy

1. BENNIE, LDA, NIF 505490889, which holds a license for the BENNIE brand, offers its products on the website www.bennie.pt.
2. BENNIE, LDA reserves the right not to process orders from users who do not agree with the general terms and conditions of sale.
3. These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed on www.bennie.pt between customers of the BENNIE online store and BENNIE, LDA.
4. The "Client" must provide BENNIE, LDA with a correct and complete e-mail address or telephone number or other contact details and accepts that "BENNIE, LDA" may contact him using these details if it deems it necessary.

How to order

To order from www.bennie.pt you need to have an e-mail account and your browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, so that you can enjoy all of the online store's browsing conditions. Placing an order is easy:

• Add the selected products to your cart;
• Choosing the color, size and quantity;

• You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it even after it has been automatically confirmed.

By submitting the order form, you accept the general terms and conditions of purchase, as well as other terms and conditions available at www.bennie.pt via links, including the general terms and conditions of use.
BENNIE, LDA may not process orders that do not have a sufficient guarantee of good collection; when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products ordered are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract of sale has not been concluded and that BENNIE, LDA has not proceeded with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.
If an order has been placed and payment made for products that are no longer available, BENNIE, LDA will refund the money paid for the unavailable items.

Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase

BENNIE, LDA reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us) in the following situations, without liability for any damages or costs:

         • The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
         • The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
         • The transfer for payment of the order has not been received by us within 7 days of acceptance of your order;
         • If we find out that he is under 16;
         • There is an error in the price quotation;
         • It is not possible to deliver to the address provided.

Data verification

Once we have received your order, we may carry out some checks on it before preparing it.
These checks may include address verification, credibility and fraud verification. In relation to fraud verification, we carry out partially automated checks on all orders to filter out unusual, suspicious or identified fraudulent transactions. Suspected fraud will be investigated and, if necessary, prosecuted. By confirming your order you agree to these conditions.

Payment Methods

You can find the payment methods available in the Payment Methods section of the website. We do not accept any payment methods other than those mentioned. Please do not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified. If you do, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.

Payment processing

If you pay by Paypal / Credit Card / Hipay we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as your order is processed. In the case of payment by Credit Card, all details (e.g. card number or expiry date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to the company providing the remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access the information transmitted. This information will not be used by BENNIE, LDA except to carry out the necessary procedures for the purchase or refund, in the event of a return, in accordance with the exercise of the right of return or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. The purchase price of the products and transportation costs, as indicated on the order form, will be charged to the current account when the purchased products are actually shipped. In the case of Bank Transfer, your purchase will only be processed once you have made the payment and you must send an e-mail with proof of payment and the order number.

Order security

Your payment information is encrypted from the moment you enter it until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. Although we use encryption software, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via e-mail cannot be guaranteed. BENNIE, LDA shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, damages arising from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for communications or virus transmissions. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, we will start processing your order once we have received payment or reliable proof of payment. This may take several days. Once 7 days have passed since the order was placed and we have not received any payment, the order will be canceled. Payments can only be processed if the information to be used for invoicing can be verified.

Property reservation

BENNIE, LDA retains ownership of the company's products until it has received full payment for all such products.

Prices

1. The prices of the products displayed on the site contain/include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping fees are applied per order. The exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered. For additional information on shipping rates by country, please consult the Shipping and Returns section of the site.
2. All prices are quoted in euros. Please note that the change of country has an influence on prices and also on transportation costs.

Your total price

The total price specified in the final check-out menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted on the order confirmation, which you can print out or download for future use. Please only transfer the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual transfers per order.

Price changes

The prices of the products shown on the site are subject to change. BENNIE, LDA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase. Unless there is a computer error.

Pricing errors

Please note that even though the website is updated very carefully, it is possible that the price information on the website may contain errors. BENNIE, LDA is not committed to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of such an error.

Quality and guarantee

BENNIE, LDA does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products.
The products offered for sale on www.bennie.pt may not correspond exactly to the real garment in terms of image and colors, due to the Internet browser and monitor used. Should you decide to exercise your right to return the products purchased, BENNIE, LDA has the right not to accept the return of products that are returned without the label or that have been altered from their original condition or damaged.
