Delivery times and prices
- Shipping to Portugal - 2 to 3 working days - 3,95€ / Free (for purchases over 40€)
- Shipping to Spain - 2 to 3 working days - 4,95€ / Free (for purchases over 50€)
- Shipping to the European Union - 5 to 7 working days - 6,95€ / Free (for purchases over 80€)
- Shipping to the Rest of the World - 7 to 14 working days - 19,95€*
Note: During festive seasons and sales, delivery times may be longer than normal. *Customs costs are borne by the customer.
Inspection upon delivery: Whenever you receive an order, check the packaging for any damage. If the package is open or damaged, you should not accept delivery of the order.
Cancellation of order before shipment
You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed. You can check the status of your order in the "My Account " Orders" menu. If the order status reads "Awaiting Payment" or "Payment Accepted", there is a possibility that it will still be canceled. To cancel your order you should contact our customer service and wait for confirmation via e-mail.
Product exchange
To make an exchange of size, color or for another item, you must first process a return of the item(s) in question, after which you will have to place an order with the new item(s).
Product returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 15 days of receiving the order (from the day you receive it at the address given). You will need to make the return request by e-mail and wait for confirmation (contact e-mail: comercial@bennie.pt).
Please note that the products to be returned must be in the condition in which they were sent, without traces of use and with the original labels. The items must not have been washed or used.
Return methods
You can choose one of the following methods to make the return:
- Home return (only valid for mainland Portugal): Collection is carried out by a transport company contracted by BENNIE LDA at the address of your choice. We will send you all the necessary information by e-mail. Collections are made on working days, between 8am and 7pm. This method has a cost of €3.95, to be deducted from the value of the return.
- Return by your own means: You return the products yourself. The items must be properly packaged (box, bag, etc.) and sealed. You should put the order number on the outside of the package to facilitate the Returns process. We recommend that the shipment is registered and always sent to the following address BENNIE, LDA Rua Industrial Nº1770 _ 4750-841 Barcelos, Portugal. BENNIE LDA is not responsible for any damage or loss of said shipment.
If the product is defective or not what you ordered, BENNIE LDA will bear all return costs.
Return information
As soon as we receive the items you have returned, they will go through quality control. If the returned products are in conformity, the value of the items will be refunded. If the returned products do not comply, you will be notified by e-mail. You should contact our customer service for more details. In this case, BENNIE LDA is not obliged to refund the value of the returned products. If the customer wishes, the returned products will be sent to the address you specify, but always with postage or at the customer's expense.Refunds will be made in the same way as you made the payment. If the customer made the payment by bank transfer, they must give their bank details (NIB) to our Customer Service team when they start the returns process. The customer will receive the refund once the product(s) have been returned and processed.
