How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Our commitment is to ship all orders under the following conditions:
- Shipping to Portugal - 2 to 3 working days - 3,95€ / Free (for purchases over 40€)
- Shipping to Spain - 2 to 3 working days - 4,95€ / Free (for purchases over 50€)
- Shipping to the European Union - 5 to 7 working days - 6,95€ / Free (for purchases over 80€)
- Shipping to the Rest of the World - 7 to 14 working days - 19,95€ (customs costs not included)
Note: During festive seasons or sales, the deadlines may be slightly longer.

Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes! We ship all over the world.
Can I exchange or return a product?
We do not make direct exchanges. However, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving it and then place a new order with the desired item or size.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders can be tracked easily. After logging into your account, go to the Account > Orders menu to see the history and current status of each order. In addition, you will receive email notifications whenever there is an update on the status of your order, such as payment confirmation, shipment or delivery.
